The bank is fully computerized, having embraced the latest technological advancements in this field. In order to facilitate coordination between its branches and streamline operations in light of the emerging technological trends, the bank has implemented the Core Banking System (CBS). This system ensures that regulations related to transactions conducted from any branch are readily available. The National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) and Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) services, crucial for electronic fund transfers, are also currently available at the bank.
Under the collaboration with the Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT), the bank has introduced digital banking facilities. This allows members and account holders to perform online transfers effortlessly, akin to other leading banks. The implementation of electronic payment systems using the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) technology has further simplified the process of fund transfers.
Additionally, the bank provides services related to the issuance of ATM cards under its own brand. This facilitates cardholders in using ATMs across the country to withdraw cash and conduct online transactions. Furthermore, the bank has established its ATMs to serve the same purpose.
The bank has also introduced the Safe Deposit Locker facility, ensuring the secure storage of valuables and important documents for its customers. This service, available at the Kanhirangad branch, is an added measure of safety for the local community.
In line with the Government's efforts to distribute social security pensions to deserving individuals, the bank collaborates in the distribution of pensions to the elderly and economically weaker sections of society. The bank's operations commence from 9 AM at the head office and other branches from 10 AM. Pushpagiri Evening Branch operates every day from 2 PM to 8 PM, with exceptions on Sundays.
